Editor:
During the Great Depression, President Herbert Hoover ordered all illegal immigrants to be deported in order to make jobs available to the Americans that were out of work.
President Harry Truman deported over 2 million illegal immigrants after World War II to create jobs for the returning vets.
In 1954, President Dwight D. Eisenhower deported 13 million Mexican Nationals to improve the job opportunities for returning WWII and Korean Vets. It took over two years to accomplish.
It seams obvious that we have similar situations today; jobs are very scarce, bad economic times and returning vets, so why isn't our current administration looking at the same solution?
May be we should contact our representatives in Washington and tell them that we feel this might be another weapon to utilize in our fight to get our great nation back on track.

If you remember, that call to Washington fell on deaf ears. The leader to keep all the illegals here was,...drum roll please....John McCain.
