Camp Verde Unified
According to the Yavapai County Health Department, The Tuesday Nov. 10, school clinics for H1N1 vaccinations will be held as scheduled. This includes Camp Verde Unified School District. However, only injectable vaccine will be available. The county is out of H1N1 nasal spray vaccine for Tuesday. If consent forms did not indicate that injectable vaccine was authorized, children will not be vaccinated.
If parents wish, they may submit a new consent form - properly filled out - indicating their authorization for injectable vaccine.
Completed consent and insurance forms should be sent to the child's school.
The CVUSD board is also scheduled to meet in regular session this week, Nov. 10 at 7 p.m.
At their Oct. 27 meeting, the board accepted the resignations of Allie Willis in Human Resources and Special Ed aide Kirsti House.
